I love my Packing Cubes and don’t travel without them now. They are especially good for families who share suitcases (have a different colour each so you know which ones are yours). I found them very handy for backpacking too as it was a lot easier to find what I needed.

Talking of Backpacks, my Osprey Farpoint 70 is perfect. I bought it for our Europe trip but tend to take it away with me instead of a suitcase now. As it’s not rigid, it can squeeze into the boot of the car and it frees up my hands to help out with the kids. It’s the perfect size for me too and I don’t find it heavy. It comes with a day pack that zips onto the front for extra storage.

My Bose QuietComfort 35 (Series II) Wireless Bluetooth Noise Cancelling Headphones have been amazing on flights. Especially long haul ones. Not only are they far more comfortable than regular headphones but they really do block out other noises and the hum of the aircraft. They are a bit pricey but will last a long time if they are well looked after.

We don’t go anywhere without our Anker Power Bank.

These collapsible water bottles are a great idea. I’m going to buy one for our next trip instead of carrying around our normal ones.

Ok so Compression socks aren’t very glamorous but health first, right? I suffer from a blood clotting disorder so I have to wear these on long haul flights.

These memory foam neck pillows are useful for overnight or long trips. They even come with a 3D sleep mask and noise-canceling earplugs.
