Looking for a place to stay in Dunsborough, Western Australia? Cape Villas Dunsborough should be at the top of your list. This Dunsborough villa complex offers guests a variety of accommodation options for couples and families.

Location and Map of Cape Villas Dunsborough
Cape Villas Dunsborough are off Caves Road, on the outskirts of Dunsborough town. Despite being off a main road, we didn’t hear any traffic noise.
It takes twenty minutes to walk into the centre of Dunsborough, along a path behind Caves Road. It’s a lovely walk and could easily be cycled too.

Villa Sulla Costa @ Cape Villas Dunsborough (previously Algarve)
Villa Sulla Costa @ Cape Villas Dunsborough is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence.
The open-plan living area gives plenty of space and has a dining table with six chairs. It also features sofas, coffee table, and flat-screen tv. The kitchen is also part of this area, running along one of the walls. A reverse cycle air conditioner is mounted on the wall to provide heating or cooling.
The modern kitchen is full-size and has an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and full-size fridge freezer. There’s even a coffee capsule machine! Everything was provided to cook a full meal, so we didn’t need to eat out very often.
The room is light and airy with a sloping ceiling and windows for natural light. It has a modern feel to it with white gloss furniture, leather sofas, and stainless steel appliances.
Laundry facilities (large sink, washing machine, iron, and dryer are hidden behind sliding doors.
Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are fitted with reverse cycle air conditioners, to keep you comfortable in the hot or cold weather. Ceiling fans are great for when you don’t need the air conditioning on but would like some air movement. TVs are mounted on the wall in both rooms.
The bathrooms have a toilet, basin, and shower.
Outside, the decking area provides a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. A BBQ is provided if you want to make the most of the lovely weather and cook al-fresco. The wooden outdoor table is great to have dinner at or some local wine. It overlooks bush which makes you feel like you’re in the country., and there’s plenty of birdlife around.
Wi-Fi is available and the speed was pretty good. A free parking bay is also included, which is outside the entrance to the villa. Towels, linen, and soap are provided.
The villa is perfect for families, but also great for two couples.

Villa 28 Cape Villas Dunsborough
Villa 28 Cape Villas Dunsborough has the same layout and facilities as Algarve @ Cape Villas. The décor is modern with lots of colour from the red kitchen tiles and rugs.
The wooden table seats six and there’s lots of room on the leather sofas. An Espresso Coffee Machine is provided instead of a pod machine.
One bedroom has a king bed, while the other has two singles.
This villa has the same outlook, opposite a quiet bush setting.

Thoughts on Cape Villas Dunsborough
It’s probably obvious that we liked staying here and we would book again.
I liked the location, being able to walk into Dunsborough, and being close to Busselton, the Dunsborough beaches, and Yallingup.
Both villas were well furnished and had modern facilities. It was convenient having two bathrooms and a full kitchen. This meant we could save money by eating at home sometimes.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Cape Villas to my friends and family.
