Broome Beach Resort Review: Is this the best choice for 2024?
As a WA local, I’ve visited Broome a few times and stayed in various accommodations. One of them was Broome Beach Resort. This is my detailed review of my experience in this Cable Beach resort.

Broome Beach Resort Accommodation
Broome Beach Resort have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. All have much-needed air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full kitchen, laundry facilities and free wifi.
The dining area and lounge have plenty of room. The outside verandah has table and chairs if you choose to eat outside.
Broome Beach Resort Facilities
The swimming pool is solar heated and sun loungers are around the pool for guest use. There’s a toddler pool too for the young ones to splash around in. A gazebo is just outside the pool area but with views of the pool. It was a popular spot to have dinner.
There are barbeques free to use if you do not feel like cooking in your kitchen.
Broome Beach Resort Review
We enjoyed our stay here as it was within our budget and close to Cable Beach. The bus stops just along the road to the accommodation so it is easy to get around without a car. The bus takes you to the shopping centre and into Broome town centre.
The bus also goes past Broome International Airport but we took a taxi as it was much easier with all our luggage.
It is within walking distance to Cable Beach, restaurants, bars and the corner store at the end of the road. Divers Tavern is opposite the corner store. We walked everywhere within the Cable Beach area without the need for public transport or taxis.
Broome Beach Resort has a wonderfully relaxing feel due to the beautiful tropical gardens. It is also very family friendly with a toddler pool.
The bedrooms were comfortable and both had air conditioning although the second one only had the old-style whereas the living area and main bedroom had reverse cycle.
Broome Beach Resort Rates
Stayz is the cheapest but it is a private let (like Airbnb), so only one apartment available. If it is free for your dates, that’s the cheapest I have seen.

It’s located 5 km from Broome International Airport and 6 km from the town centre.
There is free parking available if you are hiring a car.
